[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Solenoid controlled ramp down

Solenoid went to controlled ramp down.
Interlock EPICS screen showed that the PLC software quench 1st threshold was the one that trigger the controlled ramp down, but after looking at the archived data and the PLC none of the enable comparators went above the set threshold. All comparators, which are actually a combination of the voltage taps readout values were under the set threshold. See screenshot below.
Comparators 1, 2, 9 and 10 are disabled in the PLC code for the controlled ramp down, only fast dump enabled for them.
The SW Quench, 1st Threshold shown in the Interlock screen should trip only if one of the comparators exceeds their set limits.
At this point it is not clear the source of the controlled ramp down.
