[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Magnet SOE Timestamps

Attached screenshot of SOE timestamps. Looks like Torus hardware QD3 went first although QD2 was only 1ms later and QD1 another 3ms after that; so nearly at the same time. Solenoid tripped due to a hardware QD as well ~400 ms after the Torus.

Was trying to look at the FastDAQ data, but it's almost impossible to do remotely since it's so slow when not on the local network.

Data files (as of this entry) should be in the following locations:

/cache/hallb/solenoid/data/solenoid_20221012_173407.root
