[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: SW first threshold controlled ramp down

PLC software comparator 1 going above set threshold was resolved.
The issue was for the readback of VT6_DAQ. Checked voltage tap panel switches and noted that VT12-2 and VT13-1 switches were flickering, we re-positioned switches back to normal operation position and readout of VT6_DAQ come back to normal. See the attached plot with the voltage tap signals related.
 
Comparator 1 = V1 - V2
V1 := (VT5_DAQ  + VT6_DAQ  + VT7_DAQ
V2 := (VT7_DAQ  + VT8_DAQ  + VT9_DAQ)

We also checked VT8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and all behave in the normal operation parameters.

All threshold and slew rate did not change.
Ramped MPS to 250 A and monitored all voltage taps behave as expected.
Both Solenoid and Torus magnet are parked at 250 A.
