Brian,

Thank you for your investigation. We definitely need the meeting to get to the bottom of this. We cannot afford so many dumps. This is destructive for the experiments and very bad for magnets. By the way, we had one more controlled ramp down of the solenoid on 01/23 - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4242478.
