I reviewed the data logger for the Force sensors on the Solenoid.
Every Z sensor in the system has intermittent spikes in the signals. For most of them the value goes up but one (in the data I reviewed) spiked down.
The one involved in this rampdown is the first one in the plots attached. It is the Z force sensor ZS86105US_BL_T which stands for Solenoid Upstream Beam Left Top.
This sensor typically spikes to 2248 lbs which is the maximum output that the Z force sensors can produce (1000Kg)

After discussion with Probir we decided that it was not a reason to hold up on taking beam. Further discussion should be done to see if this sensor should be eliminated from the magnet interlocks. At minimum I recommend that we increase the time delay for a ramp down from the ~20 seconds (see third plot) value in the controls to 60 sec or maybe 120 seconds so as not to waste beam time. But again this should be discussed.
