[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Torus Controlled Ramp Down

We checked connections for temperature sensor TR817U6HB1 since we believed that the temperature value was incorrect after confirming that the voltage for the associated splice at sector 6 was below 0 .4mV as expected and there was reason for temperature increment.

Sensor connections at LV chassis #1Sub-D9 connector J2 and also at the feedthrough 817E3 were checked.
It seems like the issue was with connections at the side of the feedthrough 817E, after disconnecting and connecting back it the temperature sensor TR817U6HB1 came back to normal operational values (~4.7 K).
In the future feedthroughs will be checked since last time test is dated as 2015.

All interlocks were cleared, and magnet is ramping to full field.
