[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] Solenoid PLC Comms

Denny called and reported that a bunch of the solenoid PVs were showing up as disconnected.

Tried pinging all the solenoid PLC network devices (local and remote PLC chassis, NBX devices), they all at least respond to pings. The softIOC is up and running.

Tried connecting with Studio 500 and got the attached error dialog.

Probably need to reset the PLC controller, but won't know until make an access and see what the status of things are.
