[Dsg-hallb_magnets] [New Logentry] EV8111CD Troubleshooting

Went down to Hall B to troubleshoot this valve.

The plan was to swap cables between EV8111CD and EV8111BY, but we ended up not needing to do this.

While Dave was disconnecting the cables at the actuators Pablo verified that the relay module was toggling 24 VDC both at the module output and the terminal block strip.

After being disconnected Probir cleaned the control cables with isopropyl alcohol and compressed air.

After plugging the cables back to their original connectors the valve position for EV8111CD was changed in manual mode from 17.3 to 15 (with the response being almost immediate) and Dave confirmed that the actuator was moving.

Dave is currently manipulating the system but by all appearances this valve seems to be correctly operating.
