My findings are below.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><strong>SG_From_cRIO[60] (SG817D1HB4)</strong>: Before the LV cRIO reset, the strain gauge reading was stuck at 43860.7. The high value could be what is causing the DINT value to be maxed out on the PLC. After resetting the LV cRIO, the strain gauge reading changed to 0.0087, which is similar to other SGs in the same LV Chassis. It would be good to watch the strain gauge readings to see if this happens again as it is similar to the Cerenox 325 K error we have.<br></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><strong>SG_From_cRIO[50] (SG817D4HB2)</strong>: Could not see anything wrong with data on cRIO. <br></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><strong>SG_From_cRIO[52] (SG817D5HB2): </strong>Could not see anything wrong with data on cRIO.<br></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Even though I could not see anything for the two strain gauges<strong> </strong>at indexes SG_From_cRIO[50] and SG_From_cRIO[52], resetting the LV cRIO may have also fixed those noise issues.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Best regards,<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Tyler<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br></div><hr id="zwchr" data-marker="__DIVIDER__"><div data-marker="__HEADERS__"><b>From: </b>"Nicholas Sandoval" <sandoval@jlab.org><br><b>To: </b>"Tyler Lemon" <tlemon@jlab.org><br><b>Sent: </b>Friday, March 24, 2017 10:39:19 AM<br><b>Subject: </b>Torus Strain Gauge Check<br></div><div><br></div><div data-marker="__QUOTED_TEXT__">Hi Tyler,<br><br>Can you please check out a few strain gauges in the Torus LV cRIO:<br><br>SG_From_cRIO[60] - Maxed out DINT value being sent to PLC, I checked terminal blocks and chassis wiring, found no change.
