These inputs are provided from the relay outputs of the PLC.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">The following steps were followed to solve the problem:</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';"> 1.Verify interlock hardwiring for the PSU crate board; used drawings B000000900-0639 and B000000900-0654.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';"> 2. Notice that PLC relay outputs that are wired to the interlock inputs of the PSU remote crate has to be always ‘ON’ to avoid the interlocks. </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';"> 3. Added PLC code in ‘<em>Magnet Interlocks’ </em>routine to have always active the relay outputs (Slot 1- Remote PLC chassis) and match with the wiring mention above.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';"> 4.
