    <p>After I had completed my testing last week some not in use equipment was valved off the LCW loops.  </p>
<p>Today we rechecked for another baseline.  Internal flow circuits 1-3 improved by approx 10%, circuits 4-5 unaffected </p>
<p>We also performed two supply valve throttle tests:</p>
<p>1) With the MPS valve throttled to 95PSI inlet pressure FSW1&3 were tripping(transistor banks)</p>
<p>2) We repeated the throttle test to go through all (5) internal flow interlocks:</p>
<p>FSW1 tripped at      ~97PSI transistor bank<br />
FSW3 tripped at      ~95PSI transistor bank<br />
FSW2 tripped at      ~60PSI Rect/thyristor<br />
FSW2&4 tripped at ~42 PSI transformer/transformer</p>
<p>The actual trip thresholds for each circuit were adjusted and confirmed:</p>
<p>FSW1 256 divide by ratio, approx 42l/min trip point*<br />
FSW2 64 divide by ratio, approx 4.6l/min trip point**<br />
FSW3 256 divide by ratio, approx 35.5l/min trip point*<br />
FSW4 1 divide by ratio, approx .35l/min trip point<br />
FSW5 1 divide by ratio, approx .32l/min trip point***</p>
<p>*returned to original settings as found 11/6/2018<br />
**did not trip as installed, even with valve full closed<br />
***circuits 4&5 we had no control over the valve settings(due to the low flow settings)  need a finer adjustment to get true trip threshold. valve closed test result</p>
