As discussed this morning, HallB is scheduled to get the beam on Dec2nd 2019.</div>

Denny on Vacation till 2nd Dec and Dave and Bob will also be away from Lab.</div>

In order to run the magnets to full field on Dec 2nd, the following is suggested-</div>

<li>HOT check out (magnets) - Eugene P (sign off) Wednesday Morning/afternoon (27th Nov 2019)</li><li>Magnet Sweep - Probir G and others (if available)</li><li>Run both magnets to full field and back down to 250 A and park over the Thanksgiving time. This will not impact any other system, members needs to be aware off the magnets at field and no work is allowed within the boundary.</li></ol>
