Did the shorting leads for the VT panel of the Torus get installed?</div>

Also, was the QD already reset for the Torus? If not, it is kind of odd that there are no QD faults in the interlocks.</div>

I'm pretty sure this has the same faults when it tripped on 10/10 and we couldn't find anything in the VT data that time either, but maybe this one is different?</div>

The one on 10/10 had nearly all the Torus QDs tripping at the same time and then a Solenoid QD ~400 ms later.</div>
