<p>Denny and I accessed the Hall to find the PLC controller stuck with all I/O modules having red OK LEDs and the controller stuck on TEST on the LCD screen. It looks like the fast dump was due to the PLC watchdog, but it is only a guess as no SOE data is available.</p>
<p>Cycled the power on the supply in the local chassis which got rid of the red LEDs, but the controller had a major fault.</p>
<p>Upon connecting with Studio 5000 there was no project loaded, also the major faults needed to be cleared.</p>
<p>After loading the latest project file (which was from the Jan/Feb time frame when the PLC controller firmware was updated) the PLC was switched back to remote run.</p>
<p>Denny is in the process of recovering the cryo.</p>
