[Dsg-mvt] MVT Mix 1

Hi Brian,

Gas turned off because of wind overnight. Shifters hit the button to 
restart all gas requests (BMT and FMT). We turned off gas for FMT and 
will ask to only make available the option to turn on gas for BMT.
