I just finished in the clean room. Please take care how the high
temperature heat tape is run. We should heat the plate the MFCs are
attached to, not the MFCs themselves. The heat tape cannot touch or
overlap itself or it could melt and short out.<br>
<br>
It would be nice to place a thermometer on the plate the MFCs are
attached to. <br>
<br>
A GFCI extension cord will be needed for the heat tape connection.<br>
<br>
Start with a low % on the dial. That number is % on. At 100%, the
tape will reach a temp of 450F.<br>
<br>
The control should have an admin tag placed on it, do not exceed,
say 10% at first until you get a feel of how hot it gets at that %
on.<br>
<br>
You may need a TOSP for this as this tape could easily destroy the
MFCs if set too high.<br>
