The LabVIEW code is fine, this is how it normally works, you can't open the excel file to which LABVIEW is writing the data while it is running. There is no way of having two sources writing data to the same file simultaneously, that is why as soon as you open
that excel file it displays an error.</div>

<div dir="ltr">Today we found that the live numbers and plots in PRad-II control program were not updated when the data logging button was enabled. The excel spreadsheet showed all lines were just the repeats of the first line. The Excel file you saved when
testing the new feature also shown the repeating data set. The data display went back to alive after logging stopped.</div>
