TOSP 64632 (Assembly of the RICH <br>detector) has been returned pending a 125% load test of the hand winch. <br>This test will only be done after the assembly structure is completed, <br>the schedule has the assembly of the structure completing on March 13. <br>Other than the 125% load test, the SME for Cranes and Hoists also <br>requires an inspection of the shoulder eye bolts before he will sign the <br>TOSP.<br><br>George Jacobs has informed me that conducting the load test is an <br>engineered lift, and it must be reviewed/conducted by Hall B <br>engineering.
