<p>I have attached a document which has the design calculations for
the winch operation. Additionally, the assembly procedure,
structure, winch operation have been done in Italy by the INFN
group. They are scheduled to travel to JLab next week to
reassemble the detector with assistance of the Physics Detector
Support Group. Hopefully the calculations will provide the
solution for any issues concerning the winching operation. If you
have remaining questions or concerns, we could set up a meeting to
address the issues. I am also adding the calculations to the
supporting documents of the TSOP.</p>
