Hello, 

We are still waiting to get quotes back for the insurance for the RICH spherical mirrors. 

Mike Gelhaar of Shipping & Receiving is out on family sick leave today, but will let us know if he receives any more information. Debbie Campbell of Shipping & Receiving will also let us know if she gets any information regarding the shipment. 

For reference, the timeline of arranging this shipment is as follows: 

Friday May 5, 2017 

1.) Dr. Rossi stresses the importance of the mirrors shipping as soon as possible. 
2.) DSG requests and is given details on shipment (destination address, packing information). 
3.) DSG completes Shipping Authorization form. 
4.) Shipping Authorization form is signed/approved. 

Tuesday May 9, 2017 
5.) Mike Gelhaar requests more information on how many handing units are to be shipped. 
6.) CMA replies that there are two handling units that will ship. 

Wednesday May 10, 2017 
7.) All requests for quotes on shipping and insurance cost submitted. 

Friday May 12, 2017 
8.) Waiting for quotes from shipping and insurance cost.
