The two screws interfere with the rotation of the hoist ring. The
solution is to countersink the holes and use shorter screws.<br>

Eye bolts are not permitted at the lab for this type of lift. <br>

changed out the eye bolt for a hoist ring which has an
interference with two of the mounting bolts. These bolts would
