How pure should the nitrogen supplied to RICH be?<br></div><div>2.) How many ppm of water can the nitrogen supply have?<br></div><div>3.) What is the purity of Hall B's nitrogen boil-off?<br></div><div>4.) What is the purity of the RICH nitrogen after it passes through the filtering on the RICH gas panel?<br></div><div>5.) What is the procedure to swap the nitrogen filters on the RICH gas panel?<br></div><div>6.) How often do we need to change the nitrogen filters on the RICH gas panel?<br></div><div>7.) How do we know that the filter is working correctly and the nitrogen supplied to RICH is pure?<br></div><div>8.) For a back-up nitrogen system in case we lose supply from Hall B's main boil-off source, how can we fill the dewar?</div><div> 8.1.) Could the dewar be placed outside in an area where it could be easily filled and then have a line run into Hall B?<br></div><div> 8.2.) Would it be best to use high purity nitrogen bottles instead of a dewar to avoid having to refill a dewar?<br></div><br><div><strong>Transportation to Hall B</strong><br></div><div>9.) How will we ensure RICH aerogel does not absorb moisture as RICH is transported to Hall B? We could set up a high-purity nitrogen gas bottle to supply nitrogen to RICH on its trip to Hall B.<br></div><div>10.) What is the purity of the nitrogen in a high-purity nitrogen bottle?<br></div><div>11.) What is the cost and lead time for buying high-purity nitrogen bottles?<br></div><br><div><strong>Air-cooling</strong><br></div><div>12.) Do we need any filtering on air supplied by the Atlas Copco compressor?<br></div><div>13.) Could/should we install a desiccant on the gas panel to make sure that the cooling air is dry?<br></div><div>14.) Will we need a chiller to make the supplied cooling air colder to increase cooling capacity?<br></div><div>15.) Do we plan to monitor for condensation on the air-cooling manifold?</div><div>16.)
