This will use a R3 strong back as the "trolley" for the RICH, not
R2. This "trolley" will also be used for the 2nd RICH detector next

of RICH's stiffening tool here in the EEL building's high bay area.
Hall B Engineering has to provide the additional weights (~1400 lb)
necessary for the load test.
Hall B Engineering should ensure that both the DC trolley and weights
are in the EEL no later than Wednesday October 18 so that there will
be enough time to prepare for the load test the following day.
