<html><body><div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><div>Hello Marco,<br><br>We were able to get a different PC on with an updated version of the program that controls the monochromator running.<br><br>The laptop has been placed in the small cleanroom in front of the old computer.<br><br></div><div>The actual program is located at C:\Program Files(x86)\Newport\MonoUtilites\MonoUT.exe.</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>A shortcut to the new program is located at C:\Users\public\reflectivity.<br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>The delays and timing to run both programs are different. Peter and I are figuring that out now. We try to power cycle the<br>monochromator, the PC and swap the USB ports. No way.<br>At most we were able to run 2-3 wavelenghts before<br>being stuck again. The program was not responding and<br>had to be killed all the times.<br><br>May you check it ? We urgently need to move ahead with the<br>mirror characterization.
