Hi Matt,

The panel is going to be installed in hall b, it was assembled
and tested here in the EEL. Once tested it was tested, we needed
it to provide cooling and N2 (being done currently) in the EEL.

N2 System,

We are supplying N2 via (2x) 240L dewars in parallel, because we
don't have N2 in the EEL. The detector uses quite a bit of N2, and
we would frequently run out, so, the dewars make it possible to
run for 3-4 days at a stretch. This largely depends on how full
the dewars are when they get into the building.

The 4 dewar set up is to supply uninterrupted N2 during the
holiday shutdown. It will ensure that the Aerogel (which absorbs
moisture) will be ok, once they install it. The Aerogel install is
scheduled for next week. Once the packages are open, they must
stay under nitrogen purge...continuously. Even during transport to
hall b (January).

The changes are an oil coalescing filter after the supply,
bubblers on the exhaust and the supply itself will be up to 4
dewars on a manifold.

Cooling

The cooling in the EEL is supplied by one of the compressors
which will be used in the hall (both will be used eventually in
the hall). The changes are an oil coalescing filter after the
supply, a moisture transducer added to the tank, and the 1/2" SS
tube (59" long, 0.065"wall thickness) manifolds connected with
~40' of poly tube per channel.

I have color coded all changes in red.

Thanks,
