<html><body><div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000">Hello Nathan,<br><br>I was able to get RICHCRIO's EPICS screen working again by swapping the its ethernet cable and moving the cable to a new port on the network switch.
