Morgan also said that the cable labeled A-37 was left tied off to the side. The 'spare' HV cable was plugged into A-37 in its place.<br></div><div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000">Also, I am not trained to operate the lift.
