Attached are the raw data for the tests performed on the prototype mirror. Each Excel file is from tests one spot of the mirror. Within each Excel file are several sheets: compiled results based on the average of measurements, calibration data for Photodiode
A and B (these sheets are the same for all measurements taken on the same day) and measurement data for Photodiode A and B. In the event that the attached zip file is too large to send correctly, the data have also been posted at

For each spot, the LabVIEW program took 25 measurements of each photodiode in the test station.</div>
