If you have a draft document which you are still working on, and can send it to me, I can still add this to the overall OSP document. Later if there is a revision we can update it. If you don't have a draft yet, I will talk with Tyler and the group to see the
best way to handle it. Basically, we would like to get the approval process started. Let me know if you have a draft and we will work to get this process in motion.</div>

our plan is to test the new installation procedure as soon as we have <br>
the RICH assembled in the clean room but with no electronics mounted on <br>
the epanel, to be sure there are no unexpected problems.<br>
Do we need an approval also for the test? Can we submit the document <br>
after the validation of the procedure?<br>
