In the RICH collaborator meeting on Friday, we discussed how the three of you all are in the process of making travel arrangements for to come to JLab starting 11/30.</div>

For us to be able to start work on assembly of the detector shell around that time with no delays, we will need some finalized documentation for the safety documentation by that time.</div>

The minimum documentation needed is a repeat of the rotation force calculations with the mass used for RICH increased to take into consideration the additional weight of the stiffening tool.</div>
