There are only 3 requirements I can think of:</div>

#1 The air would need to be oil free</div>

#2 The air pressure source would need to be high enough pressure to supply an MFC.</div>

#3 The air volume source should be high enough to flow a min of ~50 slm through the N2 panel MFC</div>
