You may want to consider re-evaluating the consequence level on section 3. You have in the OSP that the N2 must flow to abate humidity/moisture. I believe the cause is due to the Aerogel absorbing moisture which would cause problems for the detector. If that
translates to a cost issue, the level should be higher (see chart from EH&S manual).

However, in the proposed mitigation column of the THA, the final risk code will be reduced because you have the DSG backup N2 system in the hall, in the case that the Hall N2 supply stops. This will show that the hazard has been reviewed and analyzed. This
