<p><span style="font-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#555555">In the past a hard reboot of the system resolved the issue but the failure kept occurring after reboots.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="font-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#555555">The expansion gas system readout chassis that monitors those sensors was swapped out for a spare, resolving the issue.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="font-size:9.5pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#555555">RICH S1 hardware interlocks are now back to normal operating conditions.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
