[Dsg-rtpc] RTPC and DMS gas volumes and flow rates

Dear George,
some of the details need to be still ironed out. I believe the DMS has a volume somewhere between 20 and 30 liters, and the RTPC maybe 7 liters. We will want to have at least one full gas change in the RTPC per hour, so that would be perhaps 0.1 liters per minute. We’ll have to make sure that this is commensurate with using two premixed bottles (or do we need more? What is the volume and typical fill pressure of one of those?) for the duration of the run - about 80 days.
