[Dsg-rtpc] Designer Authority

Hello all,

as I mentioned this morning, I plan to meet with Narbe's students next week at W&M at least one day to coordinate what we have to do, help me to prepare the lab, etc. 

It is not my intention to start the assembly the same day. Just compiling stuff and catch what we have to do. 

Anyhow, I talked wit George, Marc and Brian, first to collect a couple of advice before start and I got an important warning (which was a reminder), we need the authorization of the Designer Authority. Sure, Hall B engineer is Bob Miller, is he the DA assigned to BONuS? (could be, but I understand it is not mandatory). DSG group said, in a polite way (thanks guys!), that we can do whatever we want at W&M, that if the DA doesn't like it, it will be just a toy. 

This is something that was in the air from long time ago, and I could bet that the same RTPC will need a DA too (I think that there is already one, not sure).

Please, will somebody give some hints (from the collaboration) how to proceed?
