[Dsg-rtpc] Additional signaling and controls for the RTPC/DMS detector

Hi Narbe,

Have you had a chance to consider whether any additional controls or interlock features are needed for detector gas operations? At this point the system will provide the user control of the gas flow and read back the pressures and temperatures. If any additional steps are needed a fault process will need to be considered. Let us know if you have any ideas on this.



Also Carlos should let us know the status on the additional Universal Input module as soon as possible.
