[Dsg-rtpc] RTPC Valve Panel

 Hi,

Attached is the trip report from the DSG visit to W&M to inspect the RTPC gas panel. The panel is assembled and should be ready for inspection by the design authority as soon as Carlos has complete his final adjustments and adds piping connections for the detector and gas supply. Please feel free to review the report.

I intend to host a meeting at the end of next week to update the status of the detector gas system. Please advance any topics which should be covered in the meeting and I will add it to the meeting agenda.
