Thanks Marc,
If you're referring to the bi-weekly Thursday one, it's usually F326/327.

Narbe,
I can set one up. Do you know the room number for the earlier RTPC meeting?
Marc

Hi Marc,
I might have to be on campus this Thursday. Would there be a Bluejeans or call in?

Carlos,
When do you plan to deliver the gas panel to Jlab? After the DA completes the pressure system requirement, many of the items on this list can be performed during functionality testing. The operations manual can also be written during the testing phase, as we (DSG) will have to write a portion of this (controls software for the Hall B operator), and provide read out for the pressures.
Once the panel is here and approved for use, you can certainly participate in the testing. You may need to take a pressure systems operator course, and maybe some training to be able to handle the gas bottles.
If you can come up with a few tests you want to perform please make a short write up or presentation we can all discuss them at the next meeting. Which I am planning for Thursday (2/28) at 11am.
By the way could someone please tell me the room number for the RTPC 10 - 11am meeting, I will try to use the same room, if it is available.
Marc

Hi all,
as many of you know, I finished the construction of the gas panel last Tuesday and the DSG team were so kind to visit W&M and make a visual inspection. As far I know, they are writing a small report of the visit and recommendations to move on.
>From W&M side, after some discussions with my advisor, I think I can summarize what we have in mind to move forward (edited from the internal communication):
1) install controllers and run the system using an inert gas (argon in our case)
2) Write the documentation on the design and components and specifications of the system. (replacement parts, fix broken parts, trouble-shoot, etc.)
3) An operations manual, suitable for a novice to turn on the system, regulate pressure and flow, and record data.
4) Incorporate Narbe's slow-controls when that becomes available.
In parallel, I will compile all the documentation related with the panel that could be requested by the DA.
Please be free to comment or provide suggestions to this plan.
Cheers
-Carlos
