[Dsg-rtpc] DSG Gas Controls for Hall B

Hi Sebastian,

Yesterday I gave some details on how the Hall B Gas Controls operate. There is a presentation on the DSG website detailing the latest upgrade to the LTCC gas controls which gives details on how the system operates. The fourth slide is the controls GUI tab for the LTCC. All the supported gas systems have their own tab on the GUI. Below is a screenshot of the HTCC tab on the  GUI, note the system tabs on the top which indicate the what gas system is visible to the operator. Common items such as Mass Flow Controllers are always blue with a box to type in a set point and a readback flow indicator. Pressure transducers are often gauges with a digital display. This GUI is available in the gas shed control room.
