[Dsg-rtpc] new RTPC gas panel

Hello Marc, Brian, and George,

We have new gas panel from Hall B, Bob et al in our test-bench area at EEL, and we want help from you for the connection line pipe fitting, the sensors (MFCs) and the filling the bubbler with oil. You have helped us before and we are using the same gas pipes as well as MFCs as before. Could you please help us to complete the set-up?
