[dsg-hallb_rtpc] Deuterium bottle Regulator

Hello Carlos,
If you see carefully, the needle in the pressure gauge is at ~1500 touching the scale pad of gauge. So to make sure the gauge is showing right pressure of bottle, we need to change it. For now it works, but need to change.
I checked this, closing the gas bottle for a while while purging the target and it could not go down unless tapped by hand.
