[Dsg-rtpc] Some minor gas panel issues

Today, we decided to test whether shutting off the helium flow to the buffer would help the RTPC stay on. We closed the solenoid valve SVBD206, but when we entered the hall a couple of hours later, we found that the flow meter still showed roughly 30 ccm of flow (out of 50-60 before). We tapped the flow meter to make sure it wasn’t just stuck; then we closed the valve on the flow meter itself and the flow went down to zero. So I suspect that that solenoid valve is not closing completely (i.e., leaking a small flow even when closed).
Secondly, we tried to set some RTPC gas parameters from the dedicated PC on the 2nd level of the space frame. Several people who have been able to do this before tried but ended up either not being connected to the PC at all (“wrong domain” etc,.). Rebooting the PC allowed Jiwan to log in, but then upon startup of the NI GUI.vi, we were presented with a message that the license had to be entered. We have no problem controlling those parameters from upstairs in the CH.
Neither of these issues are important enough to be fixed “right away”, but in particular the Space Frame PC would be nice to restore whenever we have a longer access.
Thanks - Sebastian
