The system behaved as expected/configured in automatic mode.

For the first fault: when the supply pressure was adjusted this caused flow across the MFC which is seen as a leak and put the system into the failure mode which closes all the supply valves and opens the exhaust. The second fault was caused by a similar situation: since the supply pressure was increased when there was still flow when entering auto mode. The fill was faster the second time since the system was faulted for less time and didn't have to charge all the lines up from zero.

As a reminder the things that will cause a fault in auto mode:
- Flammable gas detected (in all modes, boolean)
- Pressure (either PT104 or PT110) above max (in all modes, configurable, set to 75 psig now)
- Flow (MFC104) above max (configurable, set to 50 sccm now)
- Pressure (either PT104 or PT110) below min (configurable, set to 59 psig now)

Next time adjust the supply pressure in manual mode (it has less interlocks, as such will detect less faults, NOT recommended [also going between auto/manual can cause state issues]) or temporarily increase the flow interlock when flow is expected (recommended).
