First make sure it has power (LEDs are on and/or blinking, but no red ones!).
Then see if it is online (ping hb-mfc-bonus-rtpc.jlab.org).
Lastly reinitialize the MFCs from the LabVIEW GUI (I'm not sure on the exact labeling of the button but that should be close).

_Both_ MFC 104 & 308 need to online in order for the cRIO to communicate with them. If you see the initialization counter get to 3 there's a problem.

Jiwan told me that he has problems to communicate with the MFC308 (I guess the number is correct, I have goldfish memory) the one for the CO2/He.

Can you give us a hint how to proceed?
