[Dsg-rtpc] [New Logentry] Pre-Mix gas bottle empty

Hi Bob,

I believe we can even run with 30 sccm. With a fresh bottle online (and the one we JUST started now), we should be good for at least 1 month or more…
Jiwan is trying to set up so he can remotely monitor the RTPC gas.

Thanks - Sebastian

Hi Carlos,

I will install a full bottle of premix tomorrow and train the Jack Segal to change the bottles during the shut down.

When the experiment stops tomorrow, please reduce the premix flow to 50 ccm.

Regards,

Bob

In order to prepare for the shut down, and as was agreed in the morning Hall B meeting, we plan to run pre-mix gas a very low flow, with two bottles. But one of then is totally empty. Sebastian swap the bottle with the new one (it is at 1700 psi).

Deuterium is running low, BUT maybe we can run until the end of the production (tomorrow).
