<div><span>In an effort to minimize any impact to the schedule,
provided by Mohammad, the DSG manager has determined that the
RTPC/BONuS12 group should develop a document which will cover
the entire scope of delivery, set up, and testing of all
equipment prior to delivery to the EEL building. That plan
should include all the necessary procedures to safely set up
the equipment and run any required functionality or
verification tests. Once complete, the plan/procedures should
be submitted to Ed Folts (Physics Division Safety Officer),
who can then further assist by informing you of the safety
documentation, training, and approvals which will need to be
completed prior to delivery and/or set up. In addition to Ed,
Walt Akers (Physics Division Project Management) should be
contacted in order to coordinate a suitable testing area in
the EEL.</span></div>

to discuss plans for Gas Controls development, in the interim
I will contact Carlos in order to arrange a DSG visit to check
the progress of the gas panel at W&M. If possible, could
you provide a status for the installation/testing plan during
the meeting, I am tentatively planning to meet on 2/28 if all
parties are available.<br>
