CV1 is a pressure bleed off valve. It's purpose is to limit pressure in the DMS gas volume to 1 psi in case of operator (human) error.</div>

<div class="">I had overlooked PT3 - that’s exactly what I meant. So all is good. I still think that we need to find out what the purpose of CV1 is, and if we don’t need it (to maintain pressure vessel compliance), we should take it out. We can ask Bill Crahen. </div>

<li class="">so you want to measure the pressure before and after the buffer volume? because PT3 is supposed to measure the differential pressure buffer/atmosphere (and it was your suggestion). PI2 is a pressure indicator before the flowmeter TO the buffer
