[dsg-svt] FYI regarding documentation and spares

In preparation for archiving SVT related documents I would like to 
request DSG to sort out existing documents according to the relevant 
topic/detector component/date/version etc, ensure that all 
directories/files have proper names allowing quick searching, and copy 
them from private/personal/group locations to one place accessible by 
CLAS members. Thank you.
