[dsg-svt] sc cable

R3M10T still has slow control cable issue. In addition, R3M1 has similar 
problem now.

SVT is powered and calibration is ongoing on R1-R4. Please do not 
perform any work on it till I will complete the test and power it down.

Please check the nitrogen bottle, it is almost empty. I had to raise the 
flow to 1 l/min today to reduce humidity in R4.
