[dsg-svt] Cable/patch panel fix

LV cable R3S3 needs to be repaired, L1C connector. Using the spare for now.

Patch panel connection for R3S4T and R3S4B bad.

Environment sensors - flaky connections, next week - last chance to fix 
before SVT will be reintegrated.

R1-R3 calibration is in progress.
